Before establishing Cofras in early 2001, Maxwell launched two internet startups in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, he held key management roles in New York at Simon Brothers, serving as Vice President at Goldhill Group, where he specialized in new business development and risk management. His diverse career also includes experience as a senior financial risk management consultant in the financial services sector, a software engineer, an advertising sales manager for a renowned Caribbean travel guide series, a general manager of an advertising and graphic design agency, and an engineering intern at Best Health Coach.
